Una muy buena opción para los estudiantes, muy cerca de la universidad , agradable lugar, muy buena atención y respuesta , mi percepción como mamá, es de un lugar muy seguro para mí hija.....

El lugar es muy agradable, las habitaciones están bien ordenadas y limpias, desde la comodidad de la cama hasta un baño propio sin mencionar que el internet de cada habitación es bastante rápido,

En general las áreas en común son muy bonitas y perfectas para socializar o hacer tareas, la cocina está muy bien equipada y ordenada y que mejor que todo esto se encuentra cerca de la universidad.

Vale totalmente la pena por el precio y en general de los mejores lugares en las cercanías para estudiantes.

I loved my stay here. The room had a comfortable bed and a spacious desk for studying. The wardrobe was generous in size, and the room was well-equipped and maintained. The location is convenient with many nearby amenities. Highly recommended!

First of all, as a traveler, I always recommend bringing your own sheets and pillowcases. Sometimes, they don't always wash the bedding after each guest. I forgot to bring mine because of the rush, and I regretted it, but that's my fault.

The building and furniture are completely new, hence still clean. Five stars for cleanliness.

The door of the bathroom in room 6B doesn't close properly because it lacks a latch.

I’d give a rating of three stars for the situation that occurred, which I’ll explain below:

When I reserved the room, I clearly mentioned that I needed two beds, as I was accompanying a young man to take an admission test. They initially gave us room 15B, but then changed it to 6B, which had only one double bed.

When we arrived, tired from the trip, the young man started studying, and I lay down on the bed without noticing that there was only one. A few minutes later, he reminded me, and I went down to the kitchen to find the people who gave me the keys, but they were no longer there (it was past 9:00 pm). Resigned, I went back to the room. Although the bed was comfortable, I hardly slept, trying not to disturb the young man.

The contract mentioned that check-out was at 11:00 am, which was a dilemma since the exam finished at 1:00 pm. I didn't realize that the host had sent me the contact of the person who gave me the keys, to ask if a late check-out was possible.

Fortunately, another guest inquired and informed me that they were allowed to stay until just before 2:00 pm, which I took advantage of to avoid stress.

At the time of check-out, I couldn't find the person to hand over the keys (apparently they went out to buy water), so I left the keys in the kitchen and asked another guest to notify them of our departure.

If you ask if I’d return, absolutely yes. I would just clarify my doubts before the reservation.

This is a great place to relax. The area is very quiet and safe, and the rooms are nice and clean. The only issue is that they don't have their own parking, but the area is safe enough to leave your car outside the building. In fact, we could see our car from the room. Highly recommended place.
