I have been at the coliving for 1 month now. Cleanliness and hygiene are the first things I noticed. Right from the start, I was welcomed into a very family-like atmosphere, and despite the communal spaces, everyone has their own space available.

Excellent place to stay. Very well located, especially if you need to be close to the hospital. Everything is impeccable, clean, and tidy. The staff is super friendly and attentive, making you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. Definitely a highly recommended place.

I recently stayed here; it is an ideal option for those of us looking for a functional, safe, and clean space (as a resident and temporary guest, since it allows you to walk a few minutes to the hospital). The room is equipped and has its own private bathroom, something I value very much. Everything works, and you can tell that maintenance is constant.
The cleaning person is friendly and attentive.

Very good place for students, quiet and safe

I arrived at the coliving in August and stayed in building A. I must say that my experience there was quite good; 24/7 attention for anything, order, and cleanliness at all times. Not to mention that their common areas had beautiful views, without a doubt a very cozy place!
