Excellent facilities, friendly and immediate service from the entire team, very attentive to needs during the stay, flexibility and acceptance regarding visitors.

It is a very pleasant place, located just 5 minutes from the university. Additionally, it is close to the Mi Macro transport service, which makes it even more convenient.
Each room is equipped with: a desk, closet, full bathroom, and private internet (although it may occasionally fail, the technician always solves it quickly) and the internet in common areas.
The common areas are quite spacious and well-maintained. You also have your own storage space both in the pantry and in the refrigerator. Additionally, cleaning is done once a week, and laundry service is offered for only 200 pesos.
The staff's attention is very warm and welcoming, making you feel at home from the very first moment. This is especially valuable for those coming from afar or starting a new chapter in their lives; it is appreciated to have such a hospitable environment that facilitates adaptation (Thank you very much, ma'am 🫶🏼).
As a recommendation, it would be good to place soundproofing on the walls of the rooms that are near common areas or share walls with other rooms to reduce noise. Additionally, it would be beneficial to place non-slip surfaces on the stairs, as accidents sometimes occur.

It's an excellent alternative for feeling safe, a very pleasant and clean place, very well located, 100% recommended.

During the time my daughter lived in this coliving, it seemed to me a functional and well-located place, with easy access to universities and nearby services. The facilities are in good condition and have basic security measures, which was important for us when choosing.

We are totally grateful as parents for the care given to our daughter during her stay at the coliving. The facilities are excellent, and its proximity to the university is perfect. But the best part is the staff. They are a gem; they have so much love for everyone and a heart of gold. Thank you so much for always being attentive to all the details with your guests. We leave with a very good impression, and if another opportunity arises to return, I hope it will be here at the coliving.

The room and kitchen are amazing and very beautiful! However, my experience with the host was disappointing. I booked for a month and had an official confirmation for the same. Halfway through my stay, I was asked to move to a different room because they needed my original room. I agreed to switch rooms to help out. Then, as soon as the second month started, I was told I needed to pay more because I was in a different room. They wanted me to pay almost 5000 pesos more!

Comfortable and practical stay. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had good WiFi. Close to the campus. Ideal for those looking for a private space with access to functional common areas. The atmosphere of the building is peaceful; I recommend it!!
