I recently stayed here; it is an ideal option for those of us looking for a functional, safe, and clean space (as a resident and temporary guest, since it allows you to walk a few minutes to the hospital). The room is equipped and has its own private bathroom, something I value very much. Everything works, and you can tell that maintenance is constant.

Very good place for students, quiet and safe

I arrived at the coliving in August and stayed in building A. I must say that my experience there was quite good; 24/7 attention for anything, order, and cleanliness at all times. Not to mention that their common areas had beautiful views, without a doubt a very cozy place!

The place offers comfortable and well-maintained facilities. The attention from the staff is excellent, always willing to help and attentive to any needs. It has its own kitchen and bathroom, which provides greater independence and comfort during the stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience, ideal for resting peacefully and feeling at home.

Excellent facilities with spaces to socialize and amenities in excellent condition. Excellent management, the reception is very attentive in resolving doubts and always available. Highly recommended if you belong to the medical field and are looking for rotation at the Oncology Institute, as it is just a few blocks away.

The place is very pleasant; we can cook and rest. For me, it was very comfortable on the first floor because I cannot climb stairs. Excellent place to stay and to visit my spouse at the hospital since it is close. Recommended; if needed, we will gladly return!
