Our home is an invitation to experience the authentic soul of Belo Horizonte. We built a space that respects the tradition of this historic neighborhood, while pulsing with new connections. It is a place made by travelers for travelers, where you can feel embraced the moment you arrive.

A Home in Two Environments
Our property naturally divides into two distinct spaces. The inside functions as a dedicated residential coliving space, designed for comfort and focus. On the first floor, you will find a quiet coworking room equipped with fast internet. Moving to the second floor, a cozy living room provides a peaceful retreat for your daily breaks.

The Backyard and The Cafe
Outside, the house opens its doors to the local community. Our backyard hosts Quintal do Barista, an artisanal coffee shop run by resident. Underneath a beautiful grapevine, residents and locals share the space to work, drink fresh coffee, and engage in good conversations. It is a vibrant area that also houses independent art studios.

Privacy and Balance
We understand that shared living requires a healthy balance. The public cafe and social areas have an independent entrance, ensuring that the cultural life of the backyard does not interrupt your private routine. You have the freedom to choose when to join the lively energy outside, and when to retreat to the quiet comfort of your personal space inside the coliving.

Rooms and Amenities
Every room is fully furnished, comfortable, and ready to welcome you. Paying homage to our neighborhood's rich musical roots, each bedroom is named after iconic Brazilian albums. You will find a fully equipped kitchen dedicated only to residents. It includes a stove, a refrigerator, a coffee grinder, and everything else you need to prepare your daily meals.
