Are pets allowed?

We love our furry friends, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our community for health reasons and to ensure a comfortable environment for all our residents. Thank you for understanding!

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

While we usually have single occupancy in our rooms, we can make exceptions in certain cases. We accept couples in some rooms. If approved, there may be an extra fee. Feel free to reach out to us for more details!

Is there a designated space for work?

Yes! We always designate a workspace within each room so our tenants can comfortably work, study, or focus whenever they need (The size of the desk often depends on the size of the room). We understand that having a proper work area is essential for our community of young professionals, students, and digital nomads

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?

We are always trying to match the people living in the flat together. So mainly our tenants are international students and working professionals between 20 and 35 years old. I am sure you will get along well :)

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
