Welcome to our stunning chalet in Saint Johann, located 1000m above sea level and boasting breathtaking mountain views. The property features a beautiful garden that guests are welcome to use during their stay. You can easily reach the chalet by car, with free parking spaces available for your convenience.
Located just 10 minutes from the city center of St. Johann, residents will find a wealth of shopping opportunities, restaurants, a cinema, a pool, an ice rink, and many more attractions. For winter sports enthusiasts, there's a ski area just a few steps away from the chalet, featuring three ski lifts and a sled run (sleds are available for free). Additionally, the Skiwelt Amade ski area is just 5km away, offering even more ski options.
The chalet itself features two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living and dining room, and a bathroom with a shower. Guests will stay comfortable in the electrically heated bedrooms, while the living and dining room features a woodstove (with wood available) for cozy warmth on chilly nights.

This charming property offers direct access to a small ski area (Hahnbaum) with an illuminated toboggan run, as well as being located within 5km of Snow Space Salzburg, which boasts 210km of slopes and 70 lifts.
For those looking to explore the great outdoors on foot or by bike, the chalet provides easy access to hiking trails and mountain bike trails, including Hochgründeck and Hahnbaumalm. Nearby, residents can also visit the stunning Lichtensteinklamm, the historic fortress of "Hohenwerfen," and the incredible ice cave of "Eisriesenwelt."
