We are offering you this extraordinary 105 m² flat in Saint-Denis! Recently refurbished, it is now available for rent in coliving. It is located on the 1st floor of a new residence, equipped with a lift. The flat is composed of 7 rooms, all served by a large entrance / corridor of 16 m², as follows: a kitchen of 9 m² with direct access to the terrace of the flat, a bathroom of 5 m², a separate toilet, and 4 bedrooms. There are two bedrooms of over 13 m² which also have access to the terrace, as well as two other bedrooms of over 10 m² with a view of the courtyard. The flat benefits from a prime location. Indeed, all the local shops (grocery shops, restaurants, etc.) are located at the bottom of the building and public transport (metro 12, bus, RER B and D) are only a few minutes' walk away.
