We are offering you this extraordinary 105 m² flat in Saint-Denis! Recently refurbished, it is now available for rent in coliving. It is located on the 1st floor of a new residence, equipped with a lift. The flat is composed of 7 rooms, all served by a large entrance / corridor of 16 m², as follows: a kitchen of 9 m² with direct access to the terrace of the flat, a bathroom of 5 m², a separate toilet, and 4 bedrooms. This extraordinary apartment is located in the heart of a lively, family-friendly neighbourhood. All local shops (markets, grocery shops, restaurants, bars) are located at the foot of the building. This will make your daily life easier. You are a sports and entertainment fan? You can easily go to the Stade de France, which is only a few minutes from the flat. As well, reaching Paris will not be easier. Bus lines 153 and 302 are less than 5 minutes away on foot. The metro line 12 "Front Populaire" and the RER lines B and D are less than 10 minutes by walk from the building.
