To confirm a booking, we require proof of identity, a valid work visa for Singapore, and a security deposit equal to one month’s rent. Paying Coliving’s fees alone will not be enough to reserve the room.

If you are still deciding or want to view the unit, please submit an inquiry instead of a booking request. Only click "request" if you are 100% sure about booking and not considering other units. This will help us serve you better and avoid unnecessary processes.

Failure to agree to our terms may result in us requesting Coliving to cancel your booking, and any fees incurred will not be borne by us.

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

We allow couple in some of our rooms but it depends on the room that you are booking and the tenancy agreement.

You will be provided a study desk in your room.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

You can cancel free of charge before you pay. After payment, the listing's cancellation policy applies.

We are quite flexible with move-in and move-out arrangements. You can coordinate these directly with your main point of contact. We will reach out to you using the contact details you provided on this platform to finalize your move-in details.

Yes, you will need to sign a lease. The minimum lease term is 90 days, and it will align with the dates you provided on the coliving platform. Once you've successfully paid the first month's rent through the platform (which will be released to us after you move in), we will send the lease to your email. After signing the lease, you will also need to pay the security deposit directly to us.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

The security deposit, equal to one month's rent, will be returned to you at least 14 days after your move-out date via the bank details you provide. Please note that the deposit is subject to deductions for any unpaid invoices or the move-out cleaning fee, as outlined in the tenancy agreement.

•⁠ ⁠Guests cannot sleep in the living room; they should sleep in the tenant’s room and remain respectful when using common areas.
•⁠ ⁠If guests are staying for a few hours, please inform housemates in advance, especially if noise is expected.
•⁠ ⁠For guests staying a couple of days but less than a week, please inform the housemates—no extra charge applies.
•⁠ ⁠If a guest stays for more than a week, housemates must be informed, and additional charges for rent/PUB may apply if there’s significant excess.

Yes. The communal areas are cleaned every week and it's included on the bill. However, for the room cleaning, you will need to pay on your own.

Yes, you may work in the communal areas. While we typically provide a working desk in each tenant's room, space permitting, you're welcome to use the communal areas for work. However, please use these spaces respectfully. For example, if you're working in the dining room, ensure other tenants can still use it for meals and avoid occupying communal areas for extended periods.

We strongly recommend locking your room and securing your valuables whenever you leave the house. This helps keep your belongings safe and prevents misunderstandings or unnecessary conflicts with other tenants or our staff in case of lost items.
