Very nice new apartment in the center of Levallois-Perret; a large bright and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, a separate toilet and a shower room. The apartment has 5 bedrooms furnished and comfortable. Two of them each have their own balcony ! In a quiet area with all the amenities expected, it is 8 minutes from the Louise Michel metro on line 3 and a 2-minute walk from the So Ouest shopping center in Levallois-Perret.
Each room in the accommodation is eligible for APL under the conditions of the CAF.
