🏡 A 220 m² house, completely renovated, with easy access to the city center and the train station on foot, featuring a garden and orchard. Fully furnished and designed so you just need to bring your suitcases and enjoy 🏝️.

😎 A warm atmosphere on the ground floor includes a large kitchen-diner, followed by the garden, perfect for enjoying an aperitif or dinner in the sun. There is a large modern living room for chatting on the sofas around the spacious coffee table or watching a movie together (Netflix and Disney+ included). A second lounge area is available for reading books, playing board games, or competing in darts. Additionally, there is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, clothes dryer, ironing board, and iron.

🛌 The house features two floors, served by a main staircase leading to 8 bedrooms, including 4 with individual bathrooms and toilets, and 4 with bathrooms and toilets shared between 2 rooms. The rooms are tastefully decorated to provide a peaceful retreat after a day of work. Common storage areas are also accessible.

✨ A luxury renovation with beautiful ceiling heights includes:
- All the wall and floor insulation has been redone, with soundproofing and insulating doors.

About Finistère département

ℹ️ Located on Avenue de la Libération in the Eau Blanche district, between the train station and the Arena, and close to the Odet River. The house is conveniently situated on flat terrain, making it easy to reach the train station and city center on foot or by bike along the Odet (10-minute walk from the train station and 2 minutes by bike). Free parking is available in front of the house, and the area is easily accessible from outside Quimper. A bus network is located in front of the house.

A very beautiful towpath along the Odet River is right in front of the house, providing a pleasant route for walking to the city center or for running for those who are more athletic.

🥖 A bakery is a 5-minute walk away.
🛒 Lidl is a 5-minute walk away, and Grand Frais is a 10-minute walk via the towpath.

No, a room can only be used by one person.

Each room has a nice desk to work on.

You will share the coliving with active people between 25 and 45 years old who are keen to live with others and meet people.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
