The Black Forest district is ideally located because of its proximity to the university, the botanical garden and the observatory. Its dynamism is appreciated by its inhabitants who find shops, services and green spaces. Pleasant to live in, the district is also very well served by transportation and allows for easy access to the hyper-center.
