Located only a few steps away from the metro line 12, the RER B and the RER D, and bus lines, it is on the 3rd floor of a quiet and family apartment block with lift. This flat has 7 rooms as follows: an entrance of more than 5 m², a kitchen of more than 8 m², a bathroom of almost 4 m², independent toilets and 4 bedrooms. It includes a large bedroom of almost 23 m² with its personal balcony, two bedrooms of almost 11 m² and one bedroom of 10 m². All of them benefit from a breathtaking view of Paris and the Montmartre hill. You will also find plenty of closets and storage space for all your belongings. This spacious flat is located in the heart of a lively, family-friendly neighbourhood. If you like sports, you can easily go to the Stade de France, which is very close to the building. All the local shops (grocery shop, restaurants, bars) are at your feet. Getting to Paris will be a breeze. Indeed, the flat is less than 10 minutes away from the metro line 12 "Front Populaire", the RER B and D and the bus lines 153 and 302.
