WE offer you 14 beautiful rooms in a shared house that has been completely renovated with a lovely equipped kitchen featuring all the appliances (2 ovens, 2 refrigerators, microwave, dishwasher, 2 induction cooktops) and to make your daily life easier, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee machine. You have all the kitchen utensils, pots, plates, as well as all the cutlery. The rooms are furnished with a desk, chair, wardrobe, shoe rack, and a 140*190 cm bed. There is a laundry room with a washing machine as well as a large freezer.
LOCATED ten minutes by bus from the Neuilly Plaisance RER A station and Chelles GOURNAY RER E station, you have two options to reach PARIS in less than 30 minutes. Additionally, for students at CHAMPS SUR MARNE, buses 113 and 223 take you near the university in 45 minutes. You can take bus 221 near the house and transfer to line 11 of the Rosny sous Bois metro, which takes you to central Paris at République, Châtelet in 15 minutes.

Just a 2-minute walk away, you'll find a bus station and easy access to the RER E and RER A train stations, both of which take you to Paris in about 30 minutes. The neighborhood is very safe, with excellent transportation options and nearby shopping facilities.
