Discover our second house in Paris, Gambetta 11. Gambetta 11 is 1 minute from the Gambetta metro station and bus connections but there’s everything you need on your doorstep! Bars, restaurants, shops, theaters, supermarkets, all within walking distance. Take a stroll through the park, or down to the Père Lachaise Cemetery, to have a (probably one-sided) chat with Edith Piaf, Oscar Wilde, or even Jim Morrison. We’ve taken a beautiful house, found space for a cinema, a gym, and a laundry room. We’ve only put in 11 bedrooms (5 with private bathrooms), so you’ll get to know everyone in no time! But here’s the fun part, we’ve added one floor to the building, with a huge open kitchen and living space, and a roof terrace! Perfect for summer brunch or after-work beers with your housemates. The following amenities and services are included:

Of course, your bedroom is private, and in all our houses, we created shared spaces in order to allow you to create memorable moments with your roommates but also just by yourself if you want to chill on the terrace or work in the co-working space.
Are pets allowed?

Even though we love animals, pets are not allowed due to hygienic reasons and for our members who may be allergic.
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.
Is there a designated space for work?

Yes, and you'll have plenty of flexible workspace options to focus and work. And even in your bedroom, you'll have your own desk to work on.
What types of people will I be sharing the home with?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
Can I tour the property first?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

What information do I need to supply for the application?

During the application process, we will ask you to upload the required documents to conduct the background check.

These may include but are not limited to: government ID, bank statements, employment/student status, tax returns, personal guarantors, etc.
What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?

We don't evaluate you; we just make sure we are the right choice for you. And for us, the community aspect and values are the most important things. We care about our members, and that’s what drives us to do better every day.
Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?

You can chat about it during your call with our community management team.
Can I extend or shorten my stay?

Yes, via your own account on our mobile application, you'll have the possibility of managing your stay.
Do you accept co-signers?

Not only can one person sign the lease, but we can also do an addendum to the contract if you're a couple.
When/how will you refund my security deposit?

We do our best to update you about the deposit max 2 weeks after your move-out.
Can I cancel a booking?

You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
What if the place is not as advertised?

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?

Yes, for a period of about 7 days per month and as long as your housemates agree with it. Use your discretion; we like to be flexible, but guests cannot pose a disturbance to your other housemates. If they are cool with it, we are.
Are kids allowed?

Unfortunately, not anymore. We tried to create a product and service adapted for single parents with kids, but the experience was not as expected.
Are service and emotional support animals allowed?

We do not accept pets.
By law, we allow service dogs. Our staff is allowed to ask two questions to determine what service the animal provides if it's not obvious:
1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and
2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
We define service animals as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs and pets whose sole function is only to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA, and will not be allowed.

Is it possible to request a change of room or apartment if I am not satisfied with the current one?

Your community manager will be there for you and will do everything to find a solution.
Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?

No, our houses are smoke-free.
Can I receive post/mail to the property?

Yes, all our members have their own letterboxes.
What are the quiet hours?

From 8 am to 10 pm.
What is the policy on alcohol?

Moderate and lawful consumption of alcohol is tolerated in our houses. However, it cannot be said enough that alcohol abuse is hazardous for your health. The effects of alcohol on the body and mind can lead to dangerous situations.

The consumption of illegal drugs or substances is prohibited in the building. It is harmful to your health, and you could put yourself or others at risk.

What potential costs are there besides the rent?

We ask for a security fee equivalent to one month's rent before moving in.

We will charge you a one-time fee of around 100 €/$ taken from your deposit when you move out of your room for cleaning and the inventory of fixtures.
Are all rooms furnished?

Yes, they are all furnished.
Any meals/snacks included?

Once a month we deliver in each house a breakfast.

We also bring into each house, once a month, basic grocery stuff such as paper towels, salt, pepper, olive oil, and toilet paper.
Are the private bedrooms cleaned frequently?

This is an extra service you can order via your personal account in our mobile application.
What are the laundry options?

There is in each house a laundry room with everything you need to clean your clothes, dry and iron them. You also have personal storage.
Can I get picked up/dropped off at the airport?

We don't offer this service yet, but if you need extra assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to your community manager.

Of course, our kitchens are always fully equipped and furnished.

Do you have storage space for my stuff/luggage?

Yes, in all houses, you have your own storage space for your personal stuff and luggage.

Every week, our cleaning team comes to clean the common spaces.

In most of our houses, you can expect a well-designed environment that allows you to create memorable moments together.
