Rural coliving and coworking space in the multicultural village Sonta on the Serbo-Croatian border. We bring together digital nomads, remote workers, NGO activists, artists and many more. We work in small group on projects related to reconciliation, interculturalism and community development. In addition to projects, we are also engaged in agricultural activities: we grow fruit, produce wine and brandy, eat healthy homemade food, buy groceries from neighbors and thus help the village. If you want a quiet place to work in nature, away from the city crowds, this is the right place for you. Yes, but under conditions. We have a male dog, so please keep that in mind and also that some other residents may bring their own animals as well.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
