Are you going to start a unique experience in Porto? Finding a house with a comfortable atmosphere is not easy, however, this apartment in the neighborhood of Travessa dos Campos can give you the comfort of home. Located in a pleasant area and with inviting energy, this part of the city can offer you a truly Portuguese experience. You will live close to the Marquês subway station and Faria Guimarães subway. The area is surrounded by shops, cafes, restaurants, and local markets and also has gardens and parks close by.

- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?

It’s enough that you accept our Renters Terms.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

What if the place is not as advertised?

You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.

Will I have privacy?

Yes, they are individual studios with kitchen and bathroom, only the garden, laundry and jacuzzi are common areas.

Are all rooms furnished?

The common areas come fully furnished.
Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
You can't add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures).
Any meals/snacks included?

No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience.
Are the private bedrooms cleaned frequently?

Cleaning is carried out weekly, including changes of sheets and towels.
We expect and appreciate your doing the dishes and tidying up.
Do not leave clothes on the bed, floor, or chairs; cleaning staff will not clean/organize your clothes.
We expect and appreciate you cleaning up after making any excessive messes.
What are the laundry options?

We have laundry machines available to everyone.
Open from Monday to Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Closed on Sundays. The use of the washing machine is subject to a payment of 2 euros per wash (detergent included).
Can I get picked up/dropped off at the airport?

We inform you that we have a transfer service from/to Porto airport. This transfer service has an additional cost of €25 per trip (from and to the airport). If you want to use this service, please send us a message/email with your flight number up to 24 hours before your flight.
Can I book additional cleaning?

Yes. We offer additional room cleaning on demand.
Do you have storage space for my stuff/luggage?

Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not have a luggage storage service available.
Are the communal areas cleaned frequently?

Yes. Common areas are frequently cleaned.
