Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Can I cancel a booking?You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.

What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

What if the place is not as advertised?If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

Are all rooms furnished?The common areas come fully furnished.
Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
You can't add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures). -
Any meals/snacks included?No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience. -
Are the private bedrooms cleaned frequently?Cleaning is carried out weekly, including changes of sheets and towels.
We expect and appreciate your doing the dishes and tidying up.
Do not leave clothes on the bed, floor, or chairs; cleaning staff will not clean/organize your clothes.
We expect and appreciate you cleaning up after making any excessive messes. -
What are the laundry options?We have laundry machines available to everyone.
Open from Monday to Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Closed on Sundays. The use of the washing machine is subject to a payment of 2 euros per wash (detergent included). -
Can I get picked up/dropped off at the airport?We inform you that we have a transfer service from/to Porto airport. This transfer service has an additional cost of €25 per trip (from and to the airport). If you want to use this service, please send us a message/email with your flight number up to 24 hours before your flight.

Can I book additional cleaning?Yes, we offer additional room cleaning on demand! Just let us know your needs, and our team will be happy to arrange it for you. We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
