We offer new smart coliving apartments for individuals aged 20 to 35 at an affordable package price—all essentials are included. At this property, you will have your own bedroom with an adjacent private bathroom. In addition, every apartment shares modern and spacious areas, such as a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and more.

**THE COLIVING APARTMENT**
• The private rooms are partially furnished, which means they include a bed with ample storage, wardrobes, and a ceiling lamp. This allows you, as a tenant, to add your personal touch to the room. Each room has a private bathroom, and there is also a shared bathroom in the apartment.
• Common areas consist of a kitchen, dining area, living room, and balconies.
• The common areas are fully furnished, including furniture and cutlery, ensuring a smooth and easy move-in process. All co-living apartments come with a dishwasher.

Here, you can also enjoy nature on the adjacent Lackarebäcksberget and in Delsjön, which is just a stone's throw away.

- As much as we love pets, they are not allowed at our coliving hubs.
- Our hubs are for all independent individuals between the ages of 20–40 who like to live on their own but enjoy having people around them and think that life should be shared with others! Stay independent, live together.
- The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
- You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
  - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
  - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
  - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
  - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
  - If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
- Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
- After signing the contract, we always do a credit check. You cannot have unpaid debts at the Swedish Enforcement Authority (Kronofogden). A maximum of 3 payment remarks are accepted and the total debt may reach a maximum of 5000 SEK. The payment remarks cannot be housing related, and they must be at least 12 months old.
- We charge a deposit fee that corresponds to a monthly fee. This is because we do not have the same income requirements as other companies in the property industry. The security deposit must be paid within 10 days of signing the contract and will be returned to you after moving out provided that your private room is intact and clean.
- You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
- You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
- If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
- Of course you can. This is your home. However, we recommend everyone to set up guidelines for their own coliving apartment together with their roomies. This is to ensure that everyone agrees on how it should work with guests, dinners, and any parties at your place. We recommend all colivers to be open and communicative with their roommates, ask everyone before hosting a social event.
- Yes! All our hubs have a Laundry lounge with a digital booking system, washing machines and dryers. This is of course included in the price you pay.
- Weekly surface cleaning of shared spaces.
- The number of roomies varies between four and twelve people.
- Yes, of course. There are digital locks on both your coliving apartment and your private room.
