Beautiful rustic palapa type main house built with precious woods that has a first floor where the dinning, kitchen and living room are located.
On the second floor 3 bedrooms with double beds, private bathroom and balcony.

On the second floor a pent house with guano roof (Palapa).
3 bedrooms, shared bathroom, balcony, kitchen bar, bar and bathroom, decorated with precious woods and mirrors.

The property has an area of 2000 square meters fenced with bamboo fiberglass, running water, electricity at 110 vol., internet star link and amenities such as swimming pool of 10 meters in circumference, 2.50 meters deep and splash pool, fish hatchery, grill, wood oven for bread, stone oven for barbecue, parking, pool table, karaoke stage, GYM, shower and bathrooms for common area.

About Solferino pueblo bello

Solferino is a very old Mayan community located in the municipality of Lázaro Cárdenas Quintana Roo, its previous name in Mayan was laab “kah which means ‘old town’, with the arrival of the Spaniards changed its name to Solferino due to the ink stick, which is a kind of wood that grows in the lagoons and savannas of the area and was very valuable at that time because they extracted the ink from the wood by boiling it (Solferino red color) and was used to dye textiles, makeup etc.. , This was transported in ships to Europe.
It is worth mentioning that the location of the hotel is right at the junction where the wood was received from different areas and then transported by land to be sent to its destination on the road known as TRUK to the Cuyo in Yucatan 40 kilometers and Yalahao 12 kilometers site where there is an eye of fresh water that rises about 50 meters from the sea and is now a popular tourist attraction.
Solferino is a very quiet community surrounded by the biosphere reserve of YUM BALAM with exuberant flora and fauna in the Yucatan Peninsula, with traditions and culture deeply rooted in their ancestors Pirates and Mayans in addition to its gastronomy of seafood and the famous Yucatecan food.
Only 15 kilometers from the crossing to the paradisiacal Holbox Island where we can enjoy the tour of 3 islands, Yalahao, bird island, bioluminescence, fishing, whale shark, Cabo Catoche and the town of Holbox.
Just a few meters from the hotel's location you will find grocery stores, fruit and vegetables, tortilla shop, hairdresser, tailor and 200 meters from the park, basketball courts, fast soccer, playground, ancient tree and orchid garden.
This area of the Mexican Caribbean is projected as a growing destination due to its proximity to Tulum 154 km, Cancun airport 146 km, Playa del Carmen 108 km, El Cuyo 97 km and only 15 km from the port of Chiquilá, crossing to Holbox Island and its Ensenada.

Even though our location is good if you'd like to walk or bike, it's a short distance to get a bus or collective transport

You can take a taxi to Cancun international airport in just 1:30 minutes. There are also shuttle-buses every 2 hours.

We have a visit to the millenary tree, tours to yalahau, bioluminescence, Holbox Island town, three islands, Cape Catoche, fishing, whale shark and we are very close to cuyo, Las Coloradas, Rio Lagartos, Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Morelos, and the route of the cenotes.
