Our guesthouse is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday or a productive staycation. We are located in central Cascais, a short walk from all the amenities. Cascais is a tourist city in Portugal located west of Lisbon. It is known for its beaches and its busy marina. The old town is home to the medieval fortress of Nuestra Señora de la Luz and the citadel, once a royal retreat. Nearby stands the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption, with a white facade and tiled mosaics. In the Casa de las Historias de Paula Rego, located in a modern building, it is possible to admire the paintings of this national artist.

Will I have privacy?Privacy will be guaranteed in the rooms, and the rest of the areas are for common use by our guests and coworkers.

Are pets allowed?At our property we have Luna Dog, she is super friendly and welcomes other pets as well. Unfortunately, it won't be possible to stay in a room with your pet, but we do planning to build the pet houses in our backyard in near future, where they could stay overnight.

Are couples allowed? Can I split the rent with a friend?Yes, sure. All of our rooms are with a queen-size bed.

Are there separate work areas in the coliving space?Yes, we have a separate coworking space, with a conference room and a phone booth.

Can I check-in early? Late?Sure, if the room will be ready before the check-in hours we will accommodate you earlier. In case of late check-in, we will provide you with late arrival instructions.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?Sure, you can extend your stay, but it only depends on availability. Regarding shortening your stay we might have 2 weeks' notice.

Do you accept co-signers?The reservation has to be paid fully on the arrival day, we don't accept any loans or unpaid reservations.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?We don't take a security deposits, so there is nothing to pay back
