We, the Pachamama Family, are a farm retreat and community living in the small village of Ukropci in the Kotor Bay area.🏝️

We offer a unique co living experience in Montenegro for remote workers, homeschooling families, and artists seeking a more grounded way of living. Our eco farm retreat weaves together community life, yoga, shared meals, and the natural rhythms of the land.

Guests can choose from cozy wooden cabins, shared or private rooms in the Stone House, or staying with their own camper in our campground. All stays include three homemade meals each day, prepared with care and enjoyed together as a small community.

Together, we move with the rhythm of the farm, gardening, feeding the animals, cooking, and sharing meals in the common area. Between work and rest, there is time for yoga, meditation, sauna time coming soon, or small trips to town using the community car. Some days we hike to secret beaches, and evenings often turn into movie nights or long, laughter-filled dinners that make everyone feel like family.

🪴To keep our home warm and welcoming for everyone, each adult contributes about one to two hours a day to community life. This can be helping in the kitchen, caring for common areas, supporting the garden, or offering a personal skill. These small contributions are what make the space feel like a family home rather than a rental.🪴

From May to October, we host a variety of retreats such as yoga, dance, sound healing, and many nature adventures that you can sign up separately. 🙏🏽

Our Farm Retreat sits in the heart of Kotor Bay, surrounded by forests and meadows, a peaceful little world of its own. Nearby, secret beaches are just a short drive or a 6 km walk away, Kotor Old Town and Budva Old Town are within 15–20 km, and Tivat’s marina is about 20 km, all around 20–30 minutes by car. It’s a place to relax, connect with nature, and enjoy Montenegro at your own pace.

- The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
- You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

  - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
