Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. Yes, you’re welcome to extend or shorten your stay! We do have a minimum booking period of one month. If you need to shorten your stay, just let us know at least a month in advance. For extensions, it depends on room availability, and our team is here to help with any questions you may have!

Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact on your security deposit return. Normal wear and tears are expected.
