On a 1000-square-meter plot, our intimate coliving casa combines convenience, comfort, and a sense of community to create an ideal living environment.
Our Tenerife residence is characterized by a high level of privacy within the villa. Our magnificent house has been renovated into the ideal communal living space. In our boho-style villa with an outdoor kitchen, bar, and lounge, you can live and work. There are also a number of leisure areas surrounding the pool, both in the sun and the shade, depending on your preference. In addition, all of our rooms have a private terrace, a sofa, an office, and a private toilet, making them similar to studios. One of the rooms even has a kitchenette. Additionally, the living room can serve as a coworking office. And if you don't feel like working, you can go play golf, as we are located in the center of the best golf course on the island, Golf Costa Adeje. About Golf Costa Adeje Tenerife Sur
This villa is located in a privileged location at the Golf Costa Adeje, south of Tenerife. It offers fantastic views to the west, the green of the golf course, and also magnificent sea views between Tenerife and La Gomera. So it makes every dinner extra special when the sun sets down at night on the sea. To the south, we enjoy captivating views of the bays of Los Cristianos, Las Americas, and the coast in general. At night, you can observe fantastic lights, especially when the full moon rises above the mountains. All this forms a perfect environment that only the south offers as the island of the blessed.

Yes, of course. The rooms are foreseen for couples. Eagle and Hole in One could be used for 2 friends also.
Yes, there is a workspace. It is foreseen in your room, but you can also work in the living room or outside in the shadow.
We mostly receive digital nomads working and enjoying life on our beautiful island.
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
