Given its prime location, Seven Holt Road offers excellent accessibility to the Central Business District, Orchard Road, and other major business hubs, with the nearest bus stop conveniently located just a 4-minute walk away.

Will I have privacy?All residents have a bedroom within the home for more privacy.
Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully. -
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?Rent will only be charged to one party. As a default, all our rooms are able to accommodate one person. However, certain rooms are able to a maximum of two people.
Please reach out to us before booking for two people as it might come with an extra fee. -
Is there a designated space for work?Depending on your chosen room, you may have a designated working area.

Are pets allowed?Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

What are the quiet hours?On a weekday, quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. and 12 a.m. to 9 a.m. on weekends.
