Affording you easy access to the Central Business District and spots like Tiong Bahru Market, Chinatown and VivoCity, this property even offers a shuttle bus service that takes you to the nearby Outram Park MRT Station (East West Line, North East Line and Thomson-East Coast Line).

Will I have privacy?All residents have a bedroom within the home for more privacy.
Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully. -
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?Rent will only be charged to one party. As a default, all our rooms are able to accommodate one person. However, certain rooms are able to a maximum of two people.
Please reach out to us before booking for two people as it might come with an extra fee. -
Is there a designated space for work?Depending on your chosen room, you may have a designated working area.

Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?Smoking is not permitted in any of our apartments. You may smoke on your common balcony if there are no objections from your flatmates. If not, please head down to the nearest designated smoking area.
Do note that anyone found smoking indoors or disposing of cigarette buds inappropriately will be subject to a cleaning fee. -
What are the quiet hours?On a weekday, quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. and 12 a.m. to 9 a.m. on weekends.
