    - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
    - If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
  • You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.

  • Yes, the suite you're booking is for you exclusively. Furthermore, the entire house offers many different shared spaces like the roof top terrace, the Scarlet Coworking/Lounge room, a little sofa corner on the 3rd floor and seven different shared kitchens.
  • Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.
  • We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.
    Please note that additional charges do apply.
  • You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day. Either in the Scarlet Coworking Room or during the summer time on the roof top terrace.
  • Our community is super divers in every way: Age, background, nationality and profession, but everyone shared the common ground of believing into the benefit of living together.
  • Booking
  • We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful home with other exciting people.
  • You are allowed to move in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate.
    If you wish to move out late, you are free to use our communal areas.
  • We gladly accept co-signers for applicants with limited credit history or income.
  • Full name, DOB and nationality, phone number, email address.
  • We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.
  • Security deposit is typically returned approx 3-4 weeks after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.
  • Policies
  • Guests are allowed. They need to be announced on our Slack channel called #visitors. If guests are staying more than 7 days, the host need to be informed. Should a guest stay one month and more, there will be a surcharge of CHF 150.00.
  • As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no.
  • Sadly, we do not accept pets.
  • Of course. If a room is released and you want to move in, you will have the opportunity to pay the rent difference. We may also charge an additional room cleaning fee.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the building. That includes all private and communal rooms and hallwass. If you choose to smoke, please make sure you do so on the roof top or outside of the building and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly.
  • Yes. We will provide updated info once you have moved in.
  • On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and 12 am to 8 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.
  • It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.
  • Amenities
  • We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own.
    Parking is additional costs.
  • The common areas come fully furnished.
    Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
    You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.
  • No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
    There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience.
  • You can add a weekly cleaning service for an additional charge of CHF 160.00 per month.
  • We have laundry machines and dryers available to everyone for free of charge.
