Yes, the suite you're booking is for you exclusively. Furthermore, the entire house offers many different shared spaces like the roof top terrace, the Scarlet Coworking/Lounge room, a little sofa corner on the 3rd floor and seven different shared kitchens.

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.

You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day. Either in the Scarlet Coworking Room or during the summer time on the roof top terrace.

- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.

Security deposit is typically returned approx 3-4 weeks after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.

You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

Guests are allowed. They need to be announced on our Slack channel called #visitors. If guests are staying more than 7 days, the host need to be informed. Should a guest stay one month and more, there will be a surcharge of CHF 150.00.
