Welcome to the Grand Parc neighborhood! Located to the north of Bordeaux, this is where you'll find this superb room. Surrounded by large parks, you'll enjoy a peaceful setting. With small neighborhood shops at your doorstep, everything you need is within reach: mini-market, supermarket, restaurants, and shops. If you're into sports, you'll have plenty of space to run and train. Grand Parc is easily accessible from the city center thanks to the tram stop of the same name and the three bus lines that serve it. In just 10 minutes by public transport, you can reach the heart of Bordeaux.

My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?

It’s enough that you accept our Residents Terms.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?

What if the place is not as advertised?

You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.

You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.
