In case the room is returned to the host in the same condition it was found at check-in, with no damage caused by the resident, the full security deposit is refunded.
The room inspection is conducted in the presence of the resident to avoid any misunderstanding. Once it is confirmed that all items are in perfect condition, the FULL deposit is returned.
If any damage requiring repair is observed, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the resident. -
