You will find our little house in a cozy residential neighborhood, one block from Avenida Banzer and two blocks from the Cristo Redentor monument. It enjoys a privileged location, just 10 minutes from the city center, in a safe area with a quiet environment surrounded by greenery.

    If any damage requiring repair is observed, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the resident.
