The Esplanade is the student and residential district of the city. Lined with tall buildings, it is a particularly lively neighbourhood appreciated for its dynamism. Small, inexpensive restaurants and affordable cafés are the order of the day. In this neighbourhood that thinks about its students, its inhabitants and their way of life. Markets grow here and there and the grass of the faculty is a perfect spot to rest after the meal. What’s to see in this quarter: Citadelle Park, the Manufacture des Tabacs (former tobacco factory), the School of Decorative Arts, the Botanical Garden and the Faculty of Law. You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.
Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
Can I tour the property first?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
