Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. The consumption of illegal drugs or substances is prohibited in the building. It is harmful to your health, and you could put yourself or others at risk.

We ask for a security fee equivalent to one month's rent before moving in.

We will charge you a one-time fee of around 100 €/$ taken from your deposit when you move out of your room for cleaning and the inventory of fixtures.

Once a month we deliver in each house a breakfast.
