Deposit for reserving a room is 900 Eur. After making online reservation via coliving.com, the landlord will provide access to booking page of the premises to make a deposit payment. This will finish reservation and confirms a room. After confirming a room the deposit is not refundable. All rules and TnC will be provided when the landlord receives a request via coliving.com .
