All residents have an en-suite room: a fully furnished bedroom with a private bathroom.
You will also have your own desk, monitor, and working chair.
In the common areas, you will also be able to find places to relax, focus on your work, and meditate. Our garden is the favorite place of most residents. Our property is totally closed.

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.

You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day. Each room has its own desk, monitor, and working chair. There is an office next to the waiting room with a printer. Two terraces can also be used to work, as can the space next to the swimming pool.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

You can cancel free of charge before you pay. After payment, the listing's cancellation policy applies.

You are allowed to check-in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate.
If you wish to check out late, you are free to use our communal areas.

The stay can be extended depending on availability. You can always shorten your stay, but once the month's rent has been paid (before the 26th of the previous month), we will not be able to reimburse you.

We gladly accept co-signers for applicants with limited credit history or income.

We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.

Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight.
Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions.

It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.

We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own.

We do not offer this service ourselves, but you can book an airport transfer on your own. A taxi will cost you, on average, 15 euros. Among the tips that we can provide you with, we know a car rental company in the village that can offer to pick you up at the airport as part of your contract with them.

You have access to a kitchen that you can use to prepare your food. We ask that you clean up after yourselves during and after food preparation.

Yes, all rooms have a key.

We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and residents, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are usually installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.

The Canaries are peaceful islands with little crime. Of course, you have to watch out for pickpockets in the big seaside resorts, and don't leave valuables on the beach when you go swimming.
Similarly, at the start of long hikes, it is prudent not to leave anything in your car.

With just a few minutes walk, you have a selection of good and cheap restaurants. On your arrival, you will receive a welcome booklet where we have listed all our favorite places.

5 minutes on foot: mini-markets for snacks, restaurants, and bars
6 minutes by car: pharmacies, hairdressers, supermarkets, shops, bars, and restaurants
4 minutes by car: the local market, "Mercado del Agricultor"
a few kilometers away: several shopping centers (Las Chafiras, Siam Mall, etc.)

It depends where you want to go. Google Maps will mention all public transportation options available for your destination. Taxis are very cheap in Tenerife.

It will only take you 10 minutes from Reina Sofía South Airport to arrive at the house and start to relax after your trip.

The outdoor activities are so numerous that it is difficult to name them all:
Water sports enthusiasts (kite, wing, surf, etc.) will find in El Médano (5 km) *the* favorite spot for amateurs and professionals alike (we have good addresses to share with you!); not to be missed, the natural swimming pools (Los Abrigos); hiking enthusiasts will be delighted by the number of trails, the impressive views, and the variety of landscapes (the Teide Park and its lunar landscapes are accessible within an hour by car); bike fans will be enthralled with an infinity of roads to ride on; dolphins and whale lovers will find their happiness in Puerto Colon or Los Gigantes (a large number of sea trips are available) ;shopping and museums for the city dwellers; and, without forgetting the partygoers, nice bars, nightclubs, etc. in Los Cristianos, Playa America, and Costa Adeje to celebrate a contract, unwind, and meet people.
The Anaga Natural Park, the historic center of San Cristobal de la Laguna, the Teide National Park, the Orotava Botanical Garden, the old town of Los Cristianos, the splendid Masca Valley, shops, parks, and monuments of the capital Santa Cruz, the zoo of Loro Parque, the amusement park Siam Park, the caves of the Cueva del Viento, and also the Carnival of Santa Cruz (we left you a stock of costumes!), the romerias (local festivals, processions, folkloric animations, etc.) When we tell you that it will take you several months to see everything, we are not pulling your leg.
