The outdoor activities in our neighborhood are numerous, with water sports such as kite, wing, and surf being especially popular in El Médano, just 5 km away. Natural swimming pools in Los Abrigos are a must-visit, and hikers can enjoy the many trails and impressive views. Biking enthusiasts can explore the infinity of roads throughout the area, and dolphin and whale lovers can take trips from Puerto Colon or Los Gigantes.

For those who prefer city life, there are plenty of shopping, museums, and nightlife options in Los Cristianos, Playa America, and Costa Adeje. The Anaga Natural Park, the historic center of San Cristobal de la Laguna, the Teide National Park, and the Orotava Botanical Garden are just a few of the other attractions in the area.

  • The stay can be extended depending on availability. You can always shorten your stay, but once the month's rent has been paid (before the 26th of the previous month), we will not be able to reimburse you.
  • We gladly accept co-signers for applicants with limited credit history or income.
  • We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.
  • Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.

  • We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and residents, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are usually installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.
  • The Canaries are peaceful islands with little crime. Of course, you have to watch out for pickpockets in the big seaside resorts, and don't leave valuables on the beach when you go swimming.
    Similarly, at the start of long hikes, it is prudent not to leave anything in your car.

    Water sports enthusiasts (kite, wing, surf, etc.) will find in El Médano (5 km) *the* favorite spot for amateurs and professionals alike (we have good addresses to share with you!); not to be missed, the natural swimming pools (Los Abrigos); hiking enthusiasts will be delighted by the number of trails, the impressive views, and the variety of landscapes (the Teide Park and its lunar landscapes are accessible within an hour by car); bike fans will be enthralled with an infinity of roads to ride on; dolphins and whale lovers will find their happiness in Puerto Colon or Los Gigantes (a large number of sea trips are available) ;shopping and museums for the city dwellers; and, without forgetting the partygoers, nice bars, nightclubs, etc. in Los Cristianos, Playa America, and Costa Adeje to celebrate a contract, unwind, and meet people.
    The Anaga Natural Park, the historic center of San Cristobal de la Laguna, the Teide National Park, the Orotava Botanical Garden, the old town of Los Cristianos, the splendid Masca Valley, shops, parks, and monuments of the capital Santa Cruz, the zoo of Loro Parque, the amusement park Siam Park, the caves of the Cueva del Viento, and also the Carnival of Santa Cruz (we left you a stock of costumes!), the romerias (local festivals, processions, folkloric animations, etc.) When we tell you that it will take you several months to see everything, we are not pulling your leg.
