Each member gets a private, fully furnished studio of about 33 m², with sea or jungle views. Every studio has its own bathroom, kitchen, washing machine, a desk with a work chair, a sofa, and a TV. Utilities and fast Wi-Fi (250 Mbps) are included, and you can move in with just your suitcase.

Inside the building you’ll find a coworking space, a gym, a sauna and an infinity pool on the 8th floor overlooking the ocean and jungle. There’s also a coffee shop and a grocery store downstairs.

Daily life is easy. Through our service subscription, members can order meals from our chef at a member price, book cleaning, get their car washed and more.

The best part is the people. Our members are startup founders, AI researchers, crypto builders and creators. Every week there’s something going on: workshops on hard skills, founder sessions with experienced CEOs, and lectures by members.

On weekends we go diving on the second-largest reef in the world, hike, play tennis and pickleball, and explore the island together.

Most members stay 1-3 months. Come for the sun, stay for the people.

Community

Our members are people who build things. Startup founders, AI researchers, crypto builders, engineers, designers and creators, from all over the world. Some are running their own companies, some are working remotely for teams abroad, and some are starting their next project from scratch.

What they have in common is how they live: curious, ambitious and generous with what they know. People here share ideas over dinner, help each other with code, pitches and launches, and celebrate each other’s wins. It’s common to meet your next co-founder, client or close friend at the pool.

Most members are in their mid-20s to 40s and stay 1-3 months, long enough to feel at home and become part of the group.

Our mission is simple: bring together people who want more from life and work, and make it easy for them to grow faster together than they would alone.
