We offer you this spacious 148 m² (1593 ft²) duplex apartment in Villeurbanne! Nestled on the 7th and 8th floors of a modern residence, it is equipped with an elevator. It is composed of 9 rooms served by a 4 m² entrance as follows: on the first floor, you will find an 8 m² kitchen opening onto the apartment's large balcony, a 5 m² shared-bathroom, a 10 m² and a 14 m² bedrooms. On the second floor, there is also a second shared-bathroom of 3 m², an independent toilet and 2 bedrooms of 10 and 12 m². This spacious apartment is located in a district of Villeurbanne that is undergoing renovation. The residence's prime location puts you at the bottom of public transportation. Metro line A and numerous bus lines at the "Laurent Bonnevay" stop serve both Villeurbanne and Lyon. Local shops, restaurants, gyms, and parks are also within a 10-minute walk. Are you a sports fan, especially of basketball? The ASVEL club is located near the apartment. Perfect to go and see a game. In another register, you will find a fire station just behind the building.
