We are an upscale coliving hub located in Sintra Natural Park, a few minutes walk from the ocean. A vibrant 5-bedroom villa surrounded by a pine forest accommodates up to 11 guests. It has a beautiful garden, a swimming pool, a barbeque, and a glass-walled coworking space overlooking the forest.
City Praia Das Macas (beach of apples) is a true hidden gem. Not overcrowded by tourists, it is famous among locals, offering many good restaurants, terraces, events, and a like-minded community. There is surf, yoga, hiking, rock climbing, horseback riding, paragliding, and a lot more.
We are welcoming digital nomads, entrepreneurs, creatives, and everyone working remotely and looking for quality, comfort, connection with nature, surf, yoga, and sometimes party.

Praia Grande and Praia Pequena are famous destinations for surfing, with various surf and bodyboard events happening over the year. There are surf schools, horseback riding schools, dance lessons, yoga, and a like-minded community that came here for the unique atmosphere this idyllic Portuguese seaside town has to offer. Our coliving is near bus stops; it is also possible to rent scooters or a car in Sintra.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and guests and provide 24-hour security. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.

With just a few minutes' walk, you have at your discretion a couple of good restaurants including Michelin star Nortada and the very famous Buzio established in 1959.
Even though our location is good if you'd like to walk or bike, it's a short distance to the bus and tourist tram station. Uber and Bolt are available in the area. Also it is possible to rent scooters or a car in Sintra.
Lisbon airport is 40 minutes away.
There are several surfing schools and four beaches available for surfing. There is a horse riding school 15 minutes away. There are many hiking paths in Sintra natural park and many exciting places to visit. The city has dance lessons, evenings on the terraces with weekly live music, yoga school, and much more. The community is very active and friendly.
