We are located on the beautiful island of São Miguel, which is part of the stunning Azores island archipelago situated in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Exploring this island makes you feel like diving into another world. Let all stress fall away and enjoy the peaceful and inspiring nature of the Azores.

We offer you a beautiful, open-space house with mountain and sea views and comfortable spaces to relax, be productive, or be social with other guests. We have a 90-m2 open-space coworking area, as well as a private room for conference calls and desks in each bedroom. The house offers a 68 m2 open-space dining and living room, a 29 m2 fully equipped kitchen, as well as a balcony, porch, and garden.

We offer a move-in-ready house with spacious bedrooms, large social areas, and a coworking space. You will have no problem making social connections in the house and enjoying your stay to the fullest.
If there is interest, we offer movie nights on our projector "home cinema style", and meet-ups at the nearby beach where you can take surfing lessons. We welcome people with similar goals, like owners of new businesses, developers, freelancers, and people who work from home, so we can give them a full service that fits their needs.

São Miguel

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood near Ribeira Grande, only minutes away from Santa Barbara beach, one of the most beautiful beaches this island has to offer. From here you can reach all sightseeing areas easily and we are only 15 minutes away from the airport in Ponta Delgada.

São Miguel is a prominent caldera island in the archipelago. To the east is Furnas, one of the island's earliest calderas.
Due to its amazing beauty, Sete Cidades, the island's largest caldera, is a must-see for most island visitors. Sete Cidades has a great range of walking and cycling trails, and its twin crater lakes provide a spectacular kayaking spot for the more athletic.
Ponta Delgada, the island's capital, is a friendly, charming city where everything, including many of the island's best restaurants, is within walking distance.

    Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully.
  • We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.

  • You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.
  • Generally, younger people are staying with us and are looking to make new social connections in the house.
  • Booking
  • We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.
  • We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful home with other exciting people.
  • You are allowed to check in earlier. If it is not possible to have your room ready for an early check-in, you can use the communal areas until the room is ready. Please get in touch with us before you move in to coordinate.
    If you wish to check out late, you are free to use our communal areas.
  • If the room is not booked, you can extend your stay. If you wish to shorten your stay on short notice, we can't give a refund.
  • We gladly accept co-signers for applicants with limited credit history or income.
  • Policies
  • Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight.
    Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions.
  • As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no.
  • Of course. If a room is released and you want to move in, you will have the opportunity to pay the rent difference. We may also charge an additional room cleaning fee.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the building. That includes all private and communal rooms, hallways, etc. If you choose to smoke, please make sure you do so away from the building entrance, and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly in the provided ashtrays on the porch and balcony.
  • Yes. We will provide updated info once you have moved in.
  • On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and 12 am to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.
  • It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.

  • The common areas come fully furnished.
    The bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
  • We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own.

  • Entire and deep cleaning is carried out every week, including linen and towel changes.
    We would expect and appreciate it that you clean up after yourself if you make any excessive mess.

  • The property has a wall surrounding it with a locked gate entrance. The host lives on site and is home most of the day, so it is very safe.
  • Our coliving home is in a perfectly safe neighborhood where you can walk by yourself in the evening without any problem.

  • We have a bus stop just 3 minutes walk from the house.
  • The nearest and only airport on the island is in the main city of Ponta Delgada, just 15 minutes drive away.
