The 10-hectare enclosed private park, planted with two-hundred-year-old cedars, will be the new setting for your walks, runs, and also for your summer meals: the terrace bordering the park is equipped with a large barbecue. To accompany this barbecue, the vegetable garden is at your disposal to grow your favorite seasonal vegetables.
Are you a swimming enthusiast? The 10x5m swimming pool is just waiting for your swims (unheated, open from June to September)

All residents have a bedroom within the home for more privacy.
Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully. -
Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.
Please note that additional charges do apply. -
You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.

You will share the home with people coming all around the world, mostly digital nomads, people that love to travel and spend moments together. Everyone is free to join community events, or chill in the common spaces / private room, there is no obligation !
We are a team of 4 hosts : Théo, Raphaëlle, Julien, and Maureen. We live in a house next to the castle and will also be there to share moments together and help you learn more about our beautiful region. -
The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

You are allowed to check-in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate.
If you wish to check out late, you are free to use our communal areas. -
You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

You can of course invite your friends to the property, you are at home! However, you must coordinate so that everyone can see their friends without creating inconvenience. It is therefore necessary that you agree among yourselves on how to invite your friends. To invite up to two people during the day, you do not need to ask for permission from your community, but simply inform them; beyond two guests, you must speak about it and obtain the agreement of the community (in order not to disturb the peace of the other residents, you commit yourself not to receive more than 7 nights per month a third person, and your guests must spend the night in your private space and not in the common).
Please note that the destination of the premises provides for an exclusive residential clause which prohibits any commercial or liberal activity. -
It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.
