This is the first community in Egypt designed for entrepreneurs, digital nomads, remote workers, and those aspiring to become one.
Our guests enjoy a vibrant space to live and work while immersing in Egyptian culture and connecting with a global community. The Villa, established in May 2023, was created by travelers for travelers, shaped by volunteers from around the world. Following our motto “lets create together,” each guest brings their own ideas and energy to help make this space unique.
The villa includes a pool area, coworking space, large shared kitchen, third-floor terrace, and sea-view rooftop. Guests also have access to community activities such as diving & snorkeling trips, desert tours, family dinners, movie nights, beach club days, and more. With us, it’s not only about where you stay. It’s about the people you meet and what we create together.

A Supermarket and two restaurants are only 5min by foot away.

Sadly, No. Pets are not allowed. You will find in the villa one rabbit and two cats.
We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.

Yes. We provide a large Coworking space with chairs and tables, screens, keyboard and mouse. The space also includes a printer, a large TV and two couches for a more comfortable working-style. From the Coworking-Space you can directly enter the garden/pool area and get refreshed!
Remote Workers, Entrepreneurs, Digital Nomads and those who enjoy to life in community, exchange experiences and want to be part of an international community.
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

You are allowed to move in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate. If you wish to move out late, you are free to use our communal areas.
Extension is possible if there is space available. If you would like to shorten your stay, we consider to refund max. 50%.

We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.

Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.
Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight. Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions.
It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property or invite housemates to join you.
You are responsible for covering the costs of your own food, possessions, transit, day trips, and weekend trips.

While we've been fortunate with our safety record, we encourage you to keep your valuables secure in your room. For extra peace of mind, you might also consider renters insurance to protect against any unforeseen incidents.
Yes. Every room can be locked.
We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. The property is surrounded by a 2.50m wall and a gate that is locked during the night. There are also security cameras in the outdoor area around the villa as well as at the entrance gate. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.
Our coliving home is in a perfectly safe neighborhood where you can walk by yourself in the evening without any problem.
With just a few minute's walk, you find two cheap restaurants with international and typical Egyptian food.
There is no official public transportation available. We suggest to use UBER/IN-Drive to drive within Hurghada/EL Gouna. Comfortable Long-distance busses are available starting in the center of Hurghada.
The nearest airport is the international Airport of Hurghada, 15-20min away by car.
To keep you and your friends entertained, you may go for Snorkling & Diving trips, Dessert-Safaris, Beach-Clubs/Bars, El Gouna, Wind- & Kitesurfing, Nightlife of Hurghada and much more opportunities.
