  • Yes, when we approve your booking, we will contact you about the details that are required in the contract. And also, we will ask for the deposit before your move-in.

  • We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.
  • Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected. We will refund it via PayPal to the credit card account which you will use for paying deposit.
  • You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
  • You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
  • If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
