- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

Yes, when we approve your booking, we will contact you about the details that are required in the contract. And also, we will ask for the deposit before your move-in.

Sorry, we don't accept co-signers.

We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected. We will refund it via PayPal to the credit card account which you will use for paying deposit.
