At our Coliving, we offer a unique blend of shared living and working spaces, fostering connections and collaboration among our residents. Most community areas are shared, including the bathrooms, swimming pool, gardens, and our stunning coworking space - a wooden cabin designed for optimal comfort and productivity.
Step into our coworking space, where you'll find a haven for focused work and creative endeavors. The cabin features comfortable chairs, 23.8" LCD monitors, a bathroom, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. With free Wi-Fi blazing at over 500 Mbps next to the router, staying connected and productive has never been easier. Plus, our coworking space operates 24-7, accommodating our residents' diverse schedules and work styles.
Workspaces are flexible to suit your needs. Choose from private rooms with desks, including options like SHINY, MYSTIC, SUPERB, and GORGEOUS, which are ideal for focused calls or online meetings. For those who prefer to work outdoors, we offer several wooden garden tables surrounded by the tranquility of nature.
During your stay, you may have the opportunity to experience our WOW rooms. These Remarkable Private Bedrooms offer added luxury, with balconies, couple-friendly accommodations, and attractive pricing options when compared to booking the same rooms for the entire stay. Please note that WOW rooms are limited, so seize the opportunity when it arises.
Our bedrooms are private retreats, providing comfort and privacy after a day of work or exploration. Choose from SOLE (4 m2) and SINGULAR (5 m2) rooms with single beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m), or opt for larger rooms with areas ranging from 12 m2 to 19 m2 and beds measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m. Open daily from 07:30 to 11:00, this neighborhood gem provides a convenient spot to start your day or pick up last-minute supplies.
For those looking to explore further afield, downtown beckons 4.2 km from the property. Here, many options await, from supermarkets and gyms to restaurants, bakeries, and a wide array of stores. Whether searching for ingredients for a home-cooked meal, a new workout spot, or a café to unwind, downtown offers something for everyone.
There are some transportation options in our neighborhood. A few buses run on weekdays to downtown and beyond, but not many. Hosts are very flexible and will take you downtown for added convenience. For those who prefer to explore on their own terms, electric bicycles, scooters, and car rentals are accessible. If you decide to go walking, the ride will take you 40 to 50 minutes.
Parking is available outside, in front of the villa, or nearby. Parking is convenient and stress-free, whether arriving by car or renting your wheels for the day.

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.
We allow couples to stay in our rooms with 1 double bed (queen bed), ensuring plenty of space for your needs and comfort.
Yes. We have a separate coworking space, a stunning and comfortable wooden cottage, open 24/7, with desks and comfy chairs with proper back support to ensure the perfect serenity to work. You probably have a second external monitor at your regular and home offices. Extra monitors have proven to make people more productive and help keep your back and neck in an ergonomic position. Hence, 23.8" additional LCD monitors are available in the coworking space. Stable high-speed Wi-Fi of over 500 Mbps, a smart TV, and heating and air conditioning are available in the coworking space. In addition, the coworking space has a kitchenette with the same appliances as the accommodations. Finally, it also has a shared bathroom.
Our residents are mainly digital nomads and remote workers. However, ERASMUS students and university researchers are also usually part of our community.
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Remarkably few things have changed and evolved as much in recent years as the world of food and cooking. Therefore, we have also decided to take things up a level to reflect this food choice and preference development. Thus, instead of a regular stove and a regular oven, for a healthier cooking experience, in all accommodations and the coworking space, you will have a rice cooker and an air fryer.
