You will find everything you need (parks, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, gyms) within a 10-minute walk of your building. Multiple public transportation lines are located at the bottom of your building at the "Laurent Bonnevay" stop: metro line A and bus lines C3 / C8 / C11 / C15 / C17 / 7 / 57 / 67. If you are a sports fan and in particular a basketball fan, the ASVEL club is located right next to the residence. You will also find a fire station just behind the building.
