This is our newly renovated coliving haven in Paris’ charming 20th arrondissement, where history and modern comforts come together beautifully. Built from the ground up with a sustainable wood structure, this home offers the perfect retreat for those who crave a balance of tranquility and city living.
Just steps from Gambetta station and the iconic Père Lachaise cemetery, you’ll enjoy the quiet charm of a tree-lined street, filled with cozy shops and local cafes. What more could you ask for to live out your Paris dream? Common rooms are perched on the 6th floor and open onto a balcony complete with a hammock—a perfect spot to unwind with your friends and soak in the cityscape.
There is one wheelchair-accessible room in this house. However, please note that despite our best efforts to make the entire house accessible, certain areas such as the gym, garden, and coworking space remain inaccessible due to technical constraints.
