The Esplanade is the student and residential district of the city. Lined with tall buildings, it is a particularly lively neighbourhood appreciated for its dynamism. Small, inexpensive restaurants and affordable cafés are the order of the day. In this neighbourhood that thinks about its students, its inhabitants and their way of life. Markets grow here and there and the grass of the faculty is a perfect spot to rest after the meal. What if the place is not as advertised?

You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.
Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?
