This beautiful apartment has been completely refurbished in 2022 with respect for the classic details, fx the high wooden panels and solid wooden floors. Entrance to a small entré from which there is access to room 1, room 2 and the kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to room 3 and the hallway leading to the bathroom and room 4. The kitchen is placed in the center of the apartment, it's modern and beautiful with all necessary appliances, a dining table and a TV. From the kitchen there is access to a 3 m2 private balcony facing the back yard. The bathroom has a good size with a separate shower niche and built-in washer and dryer.

This is located on the Fredensgade in the middle of Aarhus' historic and iconic city centre, with it's small, narrow streets and crooked houses.
The water canal 'Aaen' is a stone's throw away and in summer this is the perfect spot to go for lunch, coffee break or hang out with friends after work. Within walking distance you will also find the main train and bus station, the main shopping street 'Strøget' and all other attractions in the centre of Aarhus.

• All the contracts should start on the first day of each month.
• We work with open-ended contracts, so you can stay for as long as you like. In order to terminate your lease, you just need to
give a 1-month termination notice before moving out.
• All our contracts end on the last day of each month.
• After signing the contract a deposit of 10,000 DKK will be requested. The amount is fixed regardless of the price of the rent and is
fully reimbursable once you move out.
• Please note that we ask for a prepayment of your LAST month of rent, the first month of rent will be paid directly to us on the day your contract starts.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place. -
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

As our contracts are open-ended, you can stay for as long as you like depending on the availability! However, unfortunately, the stays can't be shortened.

Our apartments typically do not have locks on individual private rooms. This is primarily due to safety concerns since police or firefighters may need to enter the room in case of an emergency. Additionally, we provide services such as cleaning and furniture repairs/maintenance, so our operations team or technicians/plumbers may need to enter if there is an issue in a private room or if it is time for cleaning. In such cases, we will always notify the members in advance and knock on the doors before entering. Thank you for your understanding!
