Minimum stay: 3 monthsThis beautiful apartment has been completely refurbished in 2022 with respect for the classic details, fx the high wooden panels and solid wooden floors. Entrance to a small entré from which there is access to room 1, room 2 and the kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to room 3 and the hallway leading to the bathroom and room 4. The kitchen is placed in the center of the apartment, it's modern and beautiful with all necessary appliances, a dining table and a TV. From the kitchen there is access to a 3 m2 private balcony facing the back yard. The bathroom has a good size with a separate shower niche and built-in washer and dryer.

• We work with open-ended contracts, so you can stay for as long as you like. In order to terminate your lease, you just need to
give a 1-month termination notice before moving out.

• After signing the contract a deposit of 10,000 DKK will be requested. The amount is fixed regardless of the price of the rent and is
fully reimbursable once you move out.
