We provide both designated private working spaces and a shared co-working area, offering flexibility to suit your professional preferences during your stay.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

We will need a valid European country ID card or passport, which will be required for each guest. an email address and/or phone number for communication and booking confirmations. We offer a maximum of 6 private rooms, accommodating up to 12 people, along with 1 dormitory, at half capacity.

Even though we have been lucky that nothing has gone missing, we recommend all our members to keep their valuable belongings in their rooms.

For added security and guest privacy, our doors are locked from the outside and can only be accessed with a personalized code. This ensures that only authorized individuals have entry, enhancing the safety and peace of mind of our guests during their stay.

We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and residents, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are usually installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.

Our coliving home is in a perfectly safe neighborhood where you can walk by yourself in the evening without any problem.

Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll discover a variety of excellent, budget-friendly restaurants to explore.

Our location is conveniently situated for walking or biking, with a short distance to the beach. Additionally, public transportation, such as buses, is available for easy mobility.
