The house has three levels, a sunny terrace almost all year round, with sky TV on the common terrace and a kitchen with dining areas. The real estate has been renovated and adapted with ecological products.

The house is large as it has three levels, with high ceilings, a beautiful terrace with sun almost every day of the year which can be used to relax or as a place of recreation, on the first floor has a kitchen with a long dining room to share, we also took care that no room lacked natural light and ventilation.

The entire property has been renovated and adapted so that the negative impact we generate to the planet is minimal, through a huge solar heater, water saving showers that are more than enough to have an efficient and pleasant bathroom, new toilets with ecological certification that use little water compared to the old ones, appliances and lighting bulbs are designed to save electricity.
