Our rooms come fully furnished with a premium mattress, wardrobe, air conditioning, desk and chair, and access to a bathroom. For added comfort and a hassle-free stay, pillows, bedsheets, blankets, and towels are also provided.
Newly refurbished and launched in December 2023, this 5-bedroom fully-furnished apartment features a communal living room, dining area, balcony, and fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, hood, etc.) for all your meal-prep needs.
For laundry and housekeeping, there’s a communal washer and dryer within the apartment, and weekly cleaning of communal areas is provided.
Utilities such as Wi-Fi, water, and electricity are all up and running from the day you move and are included in the monthly rent.

All residents have a bedroom within the home for more privacy.
Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully. -
Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

Rent will only be charged to one party. As a default, all our rooms are able to accommodate one person. However, certain rooms are able to a maximum of two people.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
