The listed price is for single occupancy. Yes, you can split the rent with your partner or a friend! Please note that the pricing depends on availability, and extra fees may apply for additional occupants. We’re happy to help with any other questions you might have.

We provide both designated private working spaces and a shared co-working area, offering flexibility to suit your professional preferences during your stay.

You’ll be sharing the space with a vibrant community of like-minded individuals, including digital nomads, remote workers, and professionals from various fields. It’s a great opportunity to connect, collaborate, and share experiences with people from different backgrounds!

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

We will need a valid European country ID card or passport, which will be required for each guest. an email address and/or phone number for communication and booking confirmations. Any specific requirements, preferences, or additional services needed. Information on the purpose of the visit, such as leisure, business, or a special occasion.

You’re welcome to have visitors in our common areas during the day! However, please note that guests are not permitted in the bedrooms, and overnight stays are not allowed. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep our community safe and comfortable for everyone.

Yes, we ensure that our private bedrooms are cleaned thoroughly every week, including the linen and towels. We also kindly ask our residents to clean up after themselves to keep our community space tidy and welcoming!

We understand how important laundry can be during your stay! We have laundry machines available for everyone, making it easy to keep your clothes fresh and clean.

Yes, you can lock your bedroom door for added privacy! Each door is equipped with a secure personalized code, so only authorized guests can enter. This way, you can relax and enjoy your stay feeling safe and comfortable.

We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and residents, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are usually installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.

Our coliving home is in a perfectly safe neighborhood where you can walk by yourself in the evening without any problem.
