We offer a beautiful and peaceful environment in which you can work with like-minded people who jointly support each other with their specific expertise, different perspectives, or simply an open ear for your thoughts and ideas. Keeping this in mind, we deliberately compile our community.
The detached house offers space for up to 8 people in 5 spacious bedrooms with private workspace. The property has four bathrooms, a big living room with a co-working area, a vast kitchen with even more space to gather together or work, a garden with a pool, several terraces and chill-out areas, and a beautiful in-house yoga studio.

Monte Godel - Santo Isidoro
The property is a beautiful traditional Portuguese house with extraordinary energy. It is embedded in nature and a perfect place to find clarity and reconnect to yourself and others. The house lies in Monte Godel, a small village away from the busy town, where you can focus on your work while enjoying the green environment and a fantastic and supportive community.
The house is only a couple of meters away from a walking path into the fields of Ericeira. The area is tranquil and dreamy yet offers plenty of activities, such as climbing, biking, skating, and yoga. Moreover, you can reach some of the best surf breaks within an 8-minute car ride and less known and uncrowded spots along the coast within 20-25 minutes.
The nearby fishing villages, Ericeira and Ribamar, offer culinary delights, while Lisbon and Sintra are a short drive away to explore Portuguese culture and natural landmarks.

At the house, you can have it all. Our cozy rooms give you enough space and privacy to just be for yourself—whether you're working, journaling, singing, or just chilling. You can have it all—a private space within a loving community. -
We are a pet-friendly space. Please contact us before your booking if you want to bring your pets to ensure a harmonious stay for all parties involved.
Please note that we do have chickens, living a free and happy life in our garden. -
To ensure the house is not getting too busy, we can host a maximum of 8 people. To this capacity, we offer the option to share a room at an additional cost of 5.00 euros per night (150,00 per month) to cover additional costs. Precedence is given to share the suite or the mid-sized rooms.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. To our capacity, it is possible, yet we respect that people who are leaving or arriving need some space to do so in peace.

To ensure the house is not getting too busy, we can host a maximum of 8 people. To this capacity, we offer the option to share a room at an additional cost of 5.00 euros per night/150 per month. Precedence is given to share the suite or the mid-sized rooms.

The security deposit shall be returned to you within the state's requirements after the end of the lease term, minus any itemized deductions.

Of course, you can have friends coming over during the day. Moreover, our community can rent the in-house studio for commercial use (e.g., Yoga sessions, massage therapy, and training).
To keep things fair, friends staying overnight will need to pay 5,00 per night, covering running costs. -
As long as you are not disturbing any other community members, you can consume alcohol in the house.

Our prices include accommodation in our beautiful house, bathroom towels, linen,
and weekly cleaning. They also include one package of firewood per month, water and electricity costs, wifi, and pool & garden maintenance. The private use of our yoga shala and props is also included in the price.
Nevertheless, we ask you to consciously use resources such as water and electricity to reduce costs and protect the environment. If the overall monthly costs for water and electricity exceed 150.00 euros per person, we will need to charge the additional costs to all inhabitants. -
Yes. All rooms are designed with attention to detail, simplicity, and authenticity.
Each room features a comfortable double bed, a spacious closet with hangers, a private workspace, a mirror, air conditioning to cool or heat the rooms, and high-speed wifi. -
We invite you to enjoy the fresh eggs of our happy chicken and kindly ask for a small donation.

Our pricing includes basic cleaning once a week (6 hours). Please order and pay for any
cleaning services beyond that. Towels and sheets are included. -
We do have a washing machine for your use. Please do not dry your clothes inside the house. There are several laundry linens and laundry racks in designated places to dry your laundry.

We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and residents, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are usually installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.

During the winter season, we recommend having a car. Ericeira's surroundings have a lot to offer. You can drive north to Peniche, south to Sintra, or explore the beautiful beaches in and around Ericeira.

We recommend flying into Lisbon International Airport, 30 minutes south of
the house. We are happy to organize airport transfers for you for additional costs.
Alternatively, you can go by public transportation from Lisbon Airport to Ericeira Center.
