Yes! We always designate a workspace within each room so our tenants can comfortably work, study, or focus whenever they need (The size of the desk often depends on the size of the room). What types of people will I be sharing the home with?

We are always trying to match the people living in the flat together. So mainly our tenants are international students and working professionals between 20 and 35 years old. I am sure you will get along well :)
Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
Can I tour the property first?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

Yes, we do require a rental agreement to be signed before you move in. Don’t worry, our team prepares a contract that follows all the legal guidelines, and it’s a simple step to complete before your check-in!
Is there a Credit Score required?

We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.
When/how will you refund my security deposit?

The security deposit is one month's rent and is fully refundable after your check-out, provided there are no damages. We aim to process refunds within 60 days, so you can expect to receive it promptly. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask!
Can I cancel a booking?
