Our property was built on the edge of a cliff above the Atlantic ocean. We are close to Ponta Delgada city and airport (appx 15-20 minutes). We renovated an old house up to modern standards. We create comfortable yet simple living conditions with a focus on shared spaces that can be used for working and chilling. We offer guests an opportunity to build friendships, share meals and be active together. The following amenities and services are included:

Fenais da Luz is a coastal village on the north side of Sao Miguel island. This village has very few tourists, other than those that are hiking the coastal paths. You will have a very "local" experience in any cafes, bars, and shops located in our village. Raw nature is just outside your window and a short 5-minute walk places you in a very secluded coastal walk with no houses or buildings in sight.

- Yes, your bedroom is private. There are multiple areas of the house which offer some additional privacy including upper and lower terraces.
- Due to some guests allergies we typically do not allow pets.
- Sure, all rooms are based on 2 person occupancy. Above 2 there is an additional charge.
- This place was designed with digital nomads in mind. there is a well equipped dedicated workspace with proper chairs, extra monitors, calling booths and a great view.
- Our primary guests are digital nomads, but we also host a number of artists, students and people in between jobs looking for refresh their perspective and take some inspiration from a coliving experience.
- The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
- You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
  - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
  - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
