You will find absolutely all the local shops (markets, grocery shops, restaurants, gyms, etc.) you need for your daily life at less than 10 minutes from your home. If you are a sports fan, the ASVEL club is also located at less than 10 minutes away. A fire station is also located behind the building. If you want to go to the center of Lyon or to another district of Villeurbanne, it is easy to get to the metro line A and the bus lines C3 / C8 / C11 / C15 / C17 / 7 / 57 / 67 at the stop "Laurent Bonnevay".
